Amanda is a former headteacher who obtained her B.Ed (1st Class Honours) NPQH from the Institute of Education (London). She is also an accredited Magic Link handwriting teacher, a specialised programme providing a solution for handwriting improvement for all ages.

Amanda has extensive expertise in Primary education for over 35 years. She is a passionate, positive and encouraging educator, having taught all year groups from Year One to Year Six. Amanda is an ex-headteacher of IJDS (10 years 2002-2012 taking the school from serious weaknesses to outstanding), demonstarting her leadership capabilities in primary education.
