• The Creative Thinking Award

We passionately believe that every single child can achieve academic success and live a life full of opportunity and fulfilment regardless of their starting point. Learning is a science, and following many years of research into how people think and learn, we now know that what was always perceived as impossible is now possible: there are no restrictions on learning.

The Global Creative Thinking Award (GCTA) focuses on building on existing good practice within the school to optimise teaching and learning for creativity, embed the creativity philosophy that every student can build the cognitive competencies that research demonstrates lead to success, become future leaders, and usher in reform and innovation even at a young age.

    Global Creative Thinking Award Scheme

The purpose of the Global Creative Thinking Award scheme is to introduce the Creativity Learning Framework into a school and to provide opportunities for staff to fully understand it and begin adoption.

The Global Creative Thinking Award Scheme focuses on building on existing good practice within the school to optimise teaching and learning, embed the Creativity Learning philosophy that every student can perform highly and systematically build the cognitive competencies that research demonstrates lead to success, become future leaders, and usher in reform and innovation even at a young age.

The style of the GCTA Scheme is for schools, supported by GCTA coach, to take responsibility for developing their own unique vision for implementing Creativity Learning in their school, interpreting the philosophy and framework of Creativity Learning for their particular context. They hold themselves accountable for ensuring Creativity Learning is embedded throughout the school, improving student creativity thinking skills.
